Marie is everything a realtor should be. She is the epitome of professional and courteous, and was very responsive and thorough in helping guide us through our purchase. She is extremely knowledgeable of the Richmond and Central Virginia area, and very well versed in everything you need to be looking for when buying a home. She informed us of certain materials in various homes we saw that had recalls at a certain point in time. She pointed out every little issue every home had including major things like the age of the roof and HVAC, to going under crawl spaces to check for any kind of decay or anomalies we'd ordinarily miss. Marie is amicable, amiable and absolutely the best person you can find to help you buy or sell your home!
